Organisation of the procurement

Tender processing, evaluation and comparison will be carried out in three phases:

  1. Evaluation of tenderers´ eligibility
  2. Checking tenders´ accordance with tender documents
  3. Comparison of tenders´ whole economic profitableness

Measures

Evaluation of tenderers´ eligibility:
Supplier must have sufficient economical, technical and other qualifications to complete the purchase. Following clarifications must enclose in tender:

  • Supplier must have a quality system, ISO 9001, or comparable in use
  • Production activity of the products on offer must have environmental certificate ISO 14001, or comparable clarification of activity’s and products´ environmentally friendliness
  • Products offered by supplier must be in accordance with the EU RoHS directive from 1st July 2006 on. As far as products do not pass demands of the directive, must the supplier present a plan for filling in the directive demands. If the demands of the directive will not be able to fill by deadline that could be considered a reason of demolishing the contract.
  • Products offered by the supplier must be recycled and destroyed in accordance with EU WEE directive.
