The general guideline gives an introduction to competition and tendering procedures. Sustainable Purchasing Policy

By applying the procurement guidelines to your purchasing process, you can implement the procurement of energy efficient products in your company or administration. These guidelines include minimum standards for the procurement of IT/office equipment, household appliances, lighting, vehicles as well as green power. The new regulations can easily be integrated into already existing guidelines. An alternative decision guide with even higher environmental standards is provided too. The used criteria refer to accepted environmental labels which are revaluated regularly. A word version of the document is available, thus you can modify it individually.
