The Directorate is devided into two Devision: The Devison Energy and the Devison Transport. The Devision Energy is among other things responsible for the IEE programme.

European Commission, Intelligent Energy Executive Agency (IEEA)

The Intelligent Energy Executive Agency (IEEA) implements the Intelligent Energy - Europe programme.
With more than 40 staff, the IEEA manages the different projects and events funded under the IEE programme, and disseminate the knowledge about best practices and the project result. This gives the programme a sharper focus and greater visibility.
